Luxury Meets Eclectic – an Intimate Wedding at The Baker Arboretum in Bowling Green, Kentucky

I had this immense feeling as I drove through the front gates of the Baker Arboretum in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and saw the massive oak trees surrounding the beautiful grounds. As I approached the Jerry E. Baker Residence with my camera gear, I instantly knew that Brandi and Mason’s wedding day was going to be an absolute dream. Not only for me, the photographer but for the couple, their families, and their friends.

Inside the Jerry E. Baker residence, the bridal party was getting ready, listening to eclectic jams, and getting the finishing touches on their wedding day hair, and make-up. I took in all the beautiful sights around me and focused my attention on capturing the stillness of the details Brandi and Mason had visualized for months.

Once the day got rolling, and our bride, Brandi got into her dress – the day was flooded with authentic emotions from everyone who surrounded Brandi and Mason. From first looks with the bride’s dad to both mothers watching from inside the upstairs room, peaking out the window as Brandi and Mason shared their emotional first look.

Bridal party photos were nothing short of soulful, sexy, and lots of giggles. Brandi and Mason’s bridal party was a HOOT to photograph, and all understood the assignment. The beautiful fall colors at the Baker Arboretum shined through with the deep contrast of the bridal parties emerald green dresses and the snazzy tuxedos.

A drizzle of rain made its way in as the ceremony was starting that created a soulful ambiance as the bridal party and family processed down the aisle to witness the form of Brandi and Mason’s love.

Brandi and mason opted to sneak away from their reception after dinner to walk the grounds and wrap up their couple’s portraits.

The remainder of the night was nothing short of great music by Team B Mobile Entertainment on a sweet dance floor, under a clear tent supplied by Fuqua Events and Tent Rentals.
